Fencing posts designed to last

Eco Fencing posts are strong and lightweight. Available in 1.8m, 2.4m & 2.7m and in three colours shown below. No need for a corner post, use the utility strip to create a corner by attaching to the side of the post. Depth of post recess approximately 20mm.

Please remember to order your post caps as they are NOT included with the post

Eco Fencing Gravel boards

Eco fencing gravel boards are part of the Eco fencing maintenance free system. They can be used in a variety of ways with existing timber panels or as a direct replacement for your timber fencing, creating a maintenance free panel.

Available in width’s of 1.829m (6′) and 2.438m (8′)

Add a shaped top to your panel for a professional finish.

Give your eco fencing a professional finish with the shaped panel tops, available in a convex or concave design, simple to fit on top of your gravel boards. Comes with finishing cap on top of panel. Convex panel tops measure approximately 30mm at the side and 180mm at the centre. Concave tops measure approximately 300mm at the shoulder and 150mm at the centre.

Please Note – The capping may need to be trimmed for certain types of concrete fencing posts to ensure the panel top fits into the slot. This can simply be done with a panel saw. These panel tops are made to order so CAN NOT be returned.

Woodgrain Fencing Caps

Choose a flat cap for a traditional finish and then add on a globe or acorn for a classic touch. An acorn or globe also requires a flat cap to complete.

Eco Security Clips

Prevent your gravel boards from being removed by installing the security clips. They lock in the top gravel board and stop them from being lifted out. A must where security is an issue.

Manufacturing Process

Please note eco fencing are replicating the characteristics of timber and working with recycled material, products will vary in shade and grain effect, different shades may also occur to form a variable appearance. Some boards will have no grain and others will have grain effect, some products may also show the inner core material. All these effects are normal and part of the manufacturing process and in no way affect the longevity of Eco Fencing. All photographs are for illustration purposes only and actual colours and shades may vary.

Product Warranty

All Eco Fencing products come with a 20 year manufacturing warranty against rotting. Variations in colour, shade or pigment are NOT covered under our warranty. These variations in no way affect the longevity of the product.

During the extrusion process the recycled PVC granules are heated up to 195 degrees the molten PVC is then feed into the tool to form the profile for the gravel board or post. Once out of the tool the gravel board is then immersed in water to cool the PVC down the water tank is 6mtrs long .

As you can imagine once heated to 195 degrees and even after been immersed in cold water the profile still retains some residual heat. When the gravel boards or posts are packed the residual heat can cause the boards or posts to sweat or breath and this can cause a blotchy pattern as shown in the photograph below. This is perfectly normal and after a few weeks in the sun and fresh air they will weather in naturally.
